What You’ll Do
As an important member of our clinical team, you’ll work closely with the doctor and team to provide excellent patient care and keep each clinical day running efficiently.

Provide skilled chairside assistance for restorative and general dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and instruments for procedures
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
Perform iTero digital scans
Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked operatories
Assist with accurate clinical charting and documentation
Educate patients and review post-treatment instructions
Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help maintain efficient patient flow
Communicate effectively with the front office and clinical team
Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred
Current Ohio dental radiographer certification
Current CPR certification
Strong chairside assisting skills
Dependable and punctual
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable learning and using dental technology
Clear, professional, and compassionate communication
Able to take initiative and anticipate what needs to be done
Team-oriented with a positive, growth-minded attitude
Experience with iTero, digital radiographs, intraoral photography, and Open Dental is a plus.
