Dental Assistant

We are a growing, high-tech dental practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support our hygiene program and help maintain a smooth clinical flow throughout the office.

This is a key role focused on assisting our hygienists, improving efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:
Support the hygiene department by assisting with patient care and operatory turnover
Take diagnostic dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with state regulations
Help maintain efficient room flow and ensure timely patient transitions
Set up and break down operatories for hygiene and doctor procedures
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
Assist doctors when needed during exams or procedures
Provide excellent patient communication and comfort throughout visits
Qualifications:
Active X-ray license (required)
Prior dental assisting experience preferred (hygiene support experience a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
