Job Description
We are looking for a Dental Assistant who takes pride in caring for patients, being part of a great team, and continuing to grow in their career. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Our Dental Assistants are the right hand of the doctor and an important part of the care we provide. They help create an efficient clinical environment by anticipating the needs of the doctor and patient, preparing treatment rooms and instrumentation, maintaining excellent sterilization and infection control standards, and helping the day run smoothly.
Just as importantly, our Dental Assistants help create a calm, warm, and welcoming environment for our patients. We believe great patient care takes a great team, and we look for people who are willing to support one another and jump in wherever needed.
Our ideal candidate has dental assisting experience and infection control training, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and is excited to continue learning, developing their skills, and being challenged to grow.
