Dental Assistant – Experienced | Pearl Family Dental
Pearl Family Dental is seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a busy clinical environment, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and can provide efficient chairside support to the dentist.

Qualifications
Hands-on Dental Assistant experience in a clinical dental setting required
Experience assisting with restorative and surgical procedures
Comfortable taking digital dental X-rays
Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and instrument organization
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, including:
Restorative dentistry
Surgical procedures
Cosmetic dentistry
Hygiene-related treatments
Take high-quality dental X-rays and ensure proper documentation in patient charts
Set up and break down treatment rooms
Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Greet and prepare patients for treatment
Review and update patient health histories
Help keep patients comfortable throughout their visits
Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient clinical environment
Compensation
Pay is based on experience
