South Charlotte | Tuesday–Friday Schedule | Modern, Progressive Practice
Charlotte Progressive Dentistry is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant II to join our growing team in our modern two-doctor South Charlotte office.

We’re looking for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to grow in a progressive, technology-driven environment.

✨ Requirements:
✔ NC Dental Assistant II Certification
✔ Coronal Polishing Certification
✔ Radiology Certification (NC)
✔ Strong communication and patient education skills
✔ Ability to confidently discuss treatment with patients
✔ Interest in modern dentistry and evolving dental technology

Interested in learning all areas of modern dentistry

✨ Position Details:
Chairside assisting only
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Experience or interest in 3D printing technology is a plus
✨ Schedule:
Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Mondays off )
✨ Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $28+/hour (based on experience)

High school or equivalent (Required)
