Dental Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry, using aseptic technique and maintaining infection control standards
Take X-ray images and perform vital signs assessments to support accurate diagnoses
Manage electronic medical records (Dentrix Ascend), ensuring all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and HIPAA compliant
Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments and supplies, maintaining a sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
Support medical imaging processes and understand dental terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
