What You'll Do
Assist chairside in a fast-paced multi-specialty environment
Help create a calm, positive, and organized patient experience
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical flow throughout the day
Take digital x-rays, scans, photos, and assist with advanced procedures
Support sterilization and infection control protocols with consistency
Communicate clearly with doctors, hygienists, and team members
Help patients feel educated, cared for, and comfortable
Stay engaged in training, systems, and ongoing learning

Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant
Location: Alexandria, VA
Pay: $20–30/hour depending on experience and skillset
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
