Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Applicant should have a Dental Assisting qualification Level I or II and should have a minimum 1 year experience in Canada as an assistant. Please apply in confidence.
Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for patient procedures
Assist the dentist during various dental treatments
Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
Manage patient records using dental software such as OpenDental
Provide post-treatment instructions and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and medical histories using medical terminology
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
