Hiring for 2 Dental Assistants
Hiring up to 2 front team members for scheduling and coordination
We are willing and able to train for the right people with no experience.
Responsibilities
Completely depend on experience level and our individualized onboarding plan. We want to make sure that this is mutually successful and we set you up to succeed!
Qualifications
For Assistants - Certified and Registered Dental assistants that can take X-rays are amazing. We are willing to help fund great people to become certified and registered.
Hours and Schedule
4-5 days a week and in person. The 5th day is optional but would be Fridays and are highly preferred.
We will start each day at 7:45am with a morning meeting, except Fridays. Closing time varies depending on the last patient, 3-5/6 pm is usual.
Choose your own breaks throughout the day, if at all. A break greater than 20 minutes must be clocked out and no longer than 1hr per day. Leaving the building for any reason will be considered a clocked out “break”.
Pay and Benefits
Starting range of $17-$22/hour based on experience and can increase (quickly) based on an agreed upon 30-60-90 review showing successful independence of tasks.
Monthly bonuses based on Google Reviews for patient experience. Coming soon bonuses on office performance, as well as individual performance metrics.
Free dental care for all full time team members after 12 months of employment
401K match at 3% eligible after 12 months of employment
PTO offered based on hours worked and length of employment
Holiday pay - pay is given for a regular work day’s hours if the holiday lands on a day inside our hours of operation - including fridays if you decide to work Friday.
Paid downtown parking.
