Dental Assistant and Patient Experience Specialist Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a dental assistant who is fluent in Spanish, has prior assisting experience (1 year minimum), and genuinely enjoys working with people. This role is patient facing all day, so being warm, calm, and communicative matters just as much as clinical skills.

What we are looking for
Fluent Spanish and English
Dental assisting experience is required
Someone who is comfortable chairside and can anticipate what the doctor needs
A true people person who helps patients feel at ease
Reliable, organized, and team oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during procedures
Communicating clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
Setting up and breaking down rooms
Sterilization and infection control
Supporting the front and back office as needed
Helping create a welcoming, judgment free environment for patients
