Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and manage patient intake processes efficiently
Schedule appointments using dental practice management software
Assist endodontist during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries promptly
Verify insurance benefits, process claims
Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized dental records
Support medical administrative functions such as appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements
Hard working, reliable and organized
Excellent computer skills
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are helpful to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Prior clinic or dental office experience an asset but not required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards while managing sensitive health information
Strong attention to detail for documentation review and accurate data entry in medical records and setting up and breaking down procedure set up and rooms.
