What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience by:
Assisting doctors during a wide variety of dental procedures
Ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and attention
Helping maintain an efficient flow throughout the office
Answering phones and assisting with front office tasks when needed
Learning and supporting advanced technologies, including 3D printing, crown milling, and laboratory protocols
Assisting hygienists with charting, room turnover, and other clinical support duties
Working collaboratively with the entire team to provide seamless, high-quality care

Qualifications
Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
X-ray certification required
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and organizational skills
