Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures and patient exams
Prepare and break down surgical rooms, instruments, and materials
Support patient care before, during, and after surgery
Take and process dental X-rays or imaging as directed
Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
Provide compassionate patient support and clear post-operative instructions
Accurately document clinical notes and maintain patient records
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
Previous dental assisting experience required; oral surgery experience preferred
Knowledge of dental and surgical instruments and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical/surgical environment
Strong communication skills and professional, patient-centered demeanor
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
