Job Summary
Dentistry for Madison, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Expanded-Function Dental Assistant to join its progressive private practice near Capitol Square. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, strong technical and communication skills, a positive professional demeanor, and a passion for comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry.

Qualifications - Expanded-Function Dental Assistant Required
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
Ability to commute to Madison, WI 53703
Strong technical and communication skills
Professional demeanor and consistently positive attitude
Strong desire to support comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry
Ability to work collaboratively with two doctors and the dental team
Commitment to providing excellent patient care and supporting fellow team members
Preferred
Experience with comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry
Experience with advanced dental technologies and procedures
Experience assisting with implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, veneers, Invisalign, endodontics, and oral surgery
Responsibilities - Expanded-Function Dental Assistant
Work closely with two doctors to deliver high-quality, state-of-the-art dental care.

Assist with comprehensive and cosmetic dental procedures.

Support procedures including implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, veneers, Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, and whitening.

Utilize and assist with advanced dental technology, including Cerec, digital X-rays, CBCT scanning, digital model printing, Biolase, and PerioLase lasers.

Provide patients with a comfortable, friendly, and professional experience.

Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and other team members.

Support the dental team and contribute to a positive, collaborative practice environment.

Maintain a patient-first approach while assisting with day-to-day clinical needs.
