The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for all levels of experience, including someone early in their dental career or transitioning from hospitality or customer service who wants hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to grow in a modern dental practice.

You don’t need years of experience — just a great attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn!

Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
Operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and infection control
Digital radiographs and intraoral photography
Clinical charting and documentation using Oryx practice management software
Patient communication and education
Inventory tracking and supply ordering
Assisting with front office tasks when needed in a collaborative team environment

Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Preferred but not required:
Prior dental assisting experience or dental assisting program completion
Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or willingness to obtain
Radiology certification or willingness to obtain
Background in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Compensation & Benefits
$23-30 per hour based on experience
Monday–Thursday schedule (no weekends)
Structured 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews with clear raise opportunities
