Bellevue Premier Dental is expanding, and we're looking for a dependable, detail=oriented, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team!

Is reliable, responsible, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment.
Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients and team members.
Is flexible, adaptable, and willing to support teammates whenever needed.
Our Technology
We take pride in corporating dental technology into everyday patient care, including:
Dentrix/Dentrix Asced, iTero, Primescan, Primemill, 3D Printing, Fotona Laser
Experience with these technologies is a plus, but you do not need to know everything! We are happy to train someone who is motivated, adaptable, and genuinely interested in learning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare and maintain treatment room efficiently.
Follow proper sterilization and infection control protocols .
Maintain organized instruments, supplies, and other advanced technologies.
Monitor clinical inventory and help maintain supply organization.
Provide a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative and business team members.
Qualifications
Dental assistant experience preferred.
Strong sterilization and infection control knowldge required.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Washington State Dental Assistant Registration.
Experience with digital dentistry is a plus
Positive attitude a willingness to learn are essential.
Compensation & Schedule
$30~$35 per hour, based on demonstrated clinical skills, technical abilities, efficiency, and overall qualifications - not solely years of experience.
Schedule: 3-4 days per week
