About the Role:

We’re growing our Bensalem, PA team and looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Dental Assistant who thrives on teamwork and enjoys helping patients feel confident and comfortable. You’ll play an essential role in delivering positive experiences and high-quality care every day. If you’re ready to make an impact in a supportive dental environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Partner chairside with dentists during restorations, extractions, cleanings, and a variety of other procedures
Create a safe, efficient clinical environment by preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories between visits
Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed by the dentist
Welcome patients, review medical histories, and help make every visit as comfortable and reassuring as possible
Keep treatment information and patient charts accurate and up to date in dental practice management software
Contribute to lab work, impressions, and the fabrication of temporary restorations
Help the practice stay ready for every patient by monitoring supplies and supporting inventory ordering
What You’ll Bring:
Dental assisting experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with formal training are encouraged to apply
Dental Assistant certification or completion of an accredited dental assisting program is preferred
Radiography (X-ray) certification—or the willingness to obtain it upon hire
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
A compassionate, patient-first approach and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
