Full-Time Dental Assistant — Modern General & Advanced Dental Practice
Established, technology-driven dental practice in Bensalem is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, energetic, and genuinely cares about creating a great patient experience. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure patient comfort
Assist doctor with 4-handed dentistry
Set up and break down operatories efficiently
Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
Take and organize dental radiographs
Assist with restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, and implant procedures
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
Provide post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
Assist with charting, scheduling, and patient documentation as needed
Help maintain smooth daily clinical flow
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable learning new technology and systems
X-ray certification preferred
EFDA certification is a strong plus
Technology & Clinical Exposure
Our office utilizes advanced technology and procedures including:
BIOLASE Water Laser
CBCT imaging
Digital 3D scanning
Implant and full-mouth rehabilitation cases
Advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures
