Job Description
Full-Time Dental Assistant
Chesterbrook Dental Associates is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
Compensation
$24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Enjoy a four-day workweek with three-day weekends
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for procedures
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols
Provide exceptional patient care and help patients feel comfortable during treatment
Educate patients on post-operative and oral health instructions
Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies
Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred
Current radiology certification required
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
