Dental Assistant

Millenium Dental and Central Square is hiring skilled Dental Assistants ready to step into a pivotal role on a collaborative clinical team. This is more than a chairside role — we’re seeking team players who document efficiently, support doctors proactively, and want to build a long-term home in dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting for general and specialty procedures
Taking high-quality x-rays
Accurate documentation of existing conditions and procedures
3D scanning (iTero or similar) and knowledge of lab workflows preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $35/hour based on experience and skills
Training in advanced workflows and lab processes
Full-time, 4-day workweek
Opportunity for Saturdays if desired
Career track into expanded roles (lab coordination, scanning, digital workflows)
Ideal Candidate:
Has x-ray certification and 1+ years chairside experience (or equivalent training)
Experience with digital workflows is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
