Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and precision will help create a positive experience for every patient. In this vital role, you will support dentists in delivering exceptional oral healthcare by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for. Your expertise in dental assisting, combined with your knowledge of medical terminology and dental software systems like Epic and Dentrix, will contribute to smooth clinic operations and outstanding patient outcomes. Duties:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
Take dental X-rays as permitted and trained.
Prepare dental materials and assist with impressions.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
Provide patients with basic oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.
Follow infection control and workplace safety protocols.
Maintain dental equipment and supplies.
Assist with patient scheduling and other front-office duties when required.
Provide a friendly, professional, and comfortable patient experience.
