Dental Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dental team. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during various procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients, and supporting the smooth operation of our dental office. Our office implements many advanced procedures, including Cerec in-office milling of crowns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated to expand and grow their dental knowledge, have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Certification in dental assisting (e.g., CDA, RDA) preferred.

Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.

Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Desire to learn and grow as a dental professional.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital X-rays and other advanced dental technology.

Experience using a digital scanner for capturing digital impressions.

BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification.

Schedule:
Full-time position with the following hours:
Monday/Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 8am-4:30pm(Includes a one-hour lunch break)
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
