Job Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will directly enhance patient care and support our clinical operations. In this vital role, you will assist dentists during procedures, manage patient flow, and ensure the highest standards of infection control and clinical confidentiality. We offer an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting dedicated to excellence in dental care.
3-4 days including Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Preferably two plus years experience.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging dental instruments and equipment in accordance with dental sterilization procedures and infection prevention management policies.
Assist dentists during various procedures such as oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry by providing chairside support and managing dental instruments efficiently.
Take dental x-rays.
Manage patient patient care using Dentrix, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
Educate patients on oral health practices, post-treatment care instructions, and answer questions related to dental terminology or procedures with clarity and professionalism.
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques such as four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting is required.
Knowledge of dental equipment operation including X-ray machines other diagnostic tools is advantageous.
Bilingual a plus
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
