Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Bushnell, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday ( 4 - 5 days a week )

Bushnell Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team!
We are a busy, established general dental practice that provides a wide range of comprehensive dental services. Our office is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care while creating a positive experience for every patient.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and understands that being a great dental assistant is about much more than simply "passing instruments."
What You'll Do
· Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures
· Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection-control standards
· Take dental radiographs and photos and assist with diagnostic procedures
· Assist with restorative, surgical, implant, and other specialty procedures
· Set up and break down operatories efficiently
· Maintain instruments and dental equipment
· Assist with sterilization and OSHA/infection-control protocols
· Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment
· Communicate effectively with the dentist and the rest of the clinical team
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation
· Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently
· Anticipate the doctor's needs and stay one step ahead
· Perform other clinical duties as needed

Experience & Qualifications
Preferred:
· Previous dental assisting experience
· Dental radiography experience/certification
· Expanded functions (EFDA)
· Experience with digital dentistry, implants, oral surgery, or other specialty procedures is a plus
· Current CPR certification preferred
