We are currently looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

Compensation, Welcome Bonus & Relocation Support
We offer a competitive wage of $37.00 per hour.

Eligible hires may receive up to $3,000 in combined bonus and relocation support, including:
$1,000 Welcome Bonus
Up to $2,000 in relocation assistance for those moving to Vancouver Island
Bonus and relocation support are subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional chairside support during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient clinical workflow
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control standards
Take digital radiographs
Perform intraoral scans and clinical photography
Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records
Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
What You Bring
Current Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant registration in British Columbia
Experienced assistants and new graduates are both encouraged to apply
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient care skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
