Who We Are
We’re a small, privately owned dental practice — not corporate, not production obsessed, and not revolving-door dentistry.

Many of our patients have been coming here for decades, and that didn’t happen by accident. It happened because we care deeply about people, take pride in our work, and believe trust is built through consistency, honesty, and great care.

We invest in technology that actually improves the patient experience and the team’s day-to-day work — including CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT imaging, and iTero scanning— while still keeping a calm, human, relationship-first environment.

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s proactive, dependable, and makes patients feel safe and seen.

Someone who can juggle, anticipate, and communicate — all without breaking a sweat.

You’ll need:
Dental assisting experience (1+ year preferred)
Current x-ray license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work 4 days/week (Mon–Thur)
Comfort using digital systems (we use Dentrix)
Willingness to grow, speak up, and own your zone

What to Expect in Our Hiring Process
We believe in radical transparency. So, here's the process:
A short, friendly 15-min call with our Office Manager
A quick in-person hangout with the doc
Engaging interview questions like:
"What's open on your browser tabs right now?"
"What do we need to do so you love coming to work?"
"When do you feel the most proud at work?"
Then:
Reference Check (we actually call your references)
Light online presence overview (to ensure professional alignment)
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
