Position Overview
This role offers the unique opportunity to utilize your clinical skills and live out what you believe. If you lack some experience, but seek continual professional development in your career and believe in holistic medicine, you may be a perfect fit as we will train you! We are a small, privately owned office that focuses on long-term care and relationships with our patients, guiding them not only into optimum oral health, but also systemic health. Ideally you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our practie via exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities Dental Assistant Duties
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment.
Taking 2D and 3D xrays.
Taking intraoral and extraoral images
Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Ensuring patient comfort during procedures.
Creative and a solution seeker
A strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Wellness minded in your personal health journey.
Being awesome with your teammates!
Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
Certifications: Current dental assisting certification and X-ray certification are preferred.
