Job Type: Full-time (30 hours)

We are an established, private practice in Chino Hills with a 30-year legacy of delivering exceptional care to our community. Our focus is entirely on clinical excellence, long-term patient relationships, and maintaining a supportive, well-organized workplace for our team.
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a smooth-running clinical team.
Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting: Provide seamless, high-quality chairside assistance to the doctor during a wide variety of restorative and surgical procedures.
Patient Comfort: Welcome patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and ensure a comfortable, anxiety-free experience.
Clinical Preparation: Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently, ensuring all infection control and OSHA protocols are strictly followed.
Diagnostics & Records: Take high-quality digital radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral impressions/scans as needed.
Sterilization: Manage the sterilization of instruments and maintain clinical supply inventory.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front office, back office and hygiene department to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Preferred but not required
Certifications: Valid Cxalifornia X-ray License (Required), Active CPR/BLS certification
Clinical Skills: Taking X-rays, Sterilization and chairside assisting.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuinely warm patient manner.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward keeping the clinical day running smoothly.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (9:00 AM to 6 PM)
Friday (9 AM to 4 PM)
Wednesday and Weekends closed
