We are looking for a high-performing Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and takes pride in precision, organization, and accountability.

You are someone who:
Is tech-savvy and confident in a fully digital office
Takes ownership of your role and holds yourself to a high standard
Is highly organized and proactive with systems and workflows
Works efficiently chairside while supporting a premium patient experience
Required Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency in a fully digital environment
Experience with digital scanning systems (e.g., iTero, 3Shape TRIOS)
Experience with 3D printing and/or CEREC workflows
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability in inventory management and tracking systems
High level of accountability and chairside efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor, track, and maintain clinical supplies
Ensure efficient ordering and stock control systems
Clinical Assisting & Records
Take high-quality radiographs and clinical records
Capture orthodontic records including intraoral photography
Assist chairside with efficiency and clinical awareness
Lab Management
Coordinate and manage lab cases
Oversee digital workflows including scanning and case submission
Infection Control & Clinic Standards
Strictly follow IPAC protocols
Maintain high standards of sterilization and housekeeping
