Dental Assistant / Clinical Floater (Sterilization & Patient Care)

Claybrooke Dental is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Dental Assistant / Clinical Floater to join our growing private practice. This is not a traditional chairside assisting role. Instead, you'll play a critical role in keeping our clinical team running smoothly by supporting sterilization, assisting with emergency patients, completing adjunctive clinical procedures, and helping wherever needed throughout the office.

We're looking for someone who is upbeat, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with both patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities
Maintain instrument sterilization and organization
Assist with emergency and same-day patients
Take radiographs and gather patient records
Complete adjunctive procedures as permitted by training and state regulations
Support hygienists, assistants, and doctors throughout the day
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical readiness
Help create an exceptional patient experience
Jump in wherever needed to support the team

Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred
Current radiography certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental software is a plus
