Dental Assistant – Veritas Dental Institute
Location: Maryland (Columbia/Frederick)

What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care while helping our patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Prepare materials and instruments for procedures
Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
Maintain accurate clinical records
Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience
Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members

Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply)
Maryland Dental Radiation Certification (or eligibility)
