Riverside Dental Group and Dental Associate offices, Inland Empire's premiere dental practice, has 6 locations. We have been established in our community for over 40 years. Our practices provide comprehensive general and specialty dental care for all ages in multiple offices that are convenient to many residents.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable assisting where needed. You’ll play a key role in supporting the doctor, ensuring smooth procedures, and providing an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans (if applicable)
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene
Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
Provide excellent chairside support and patient reassurance
Qualifications
Minimum [1–2+] years of dental assisting experience
Current Dental Assistant certification (as required by state)
X-ray certification required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
