Dental Assistant – Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry

Our fast-growing cosmetic & implant practice in Chicago is hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to help patients get life-changing smile makeovers and grow their skills fast.

What You’ll Do
Assist the doctor chairside for cosmetic, implant, and general procedures
Set up and break down rooms, keep ops clean, stocked, and ready
Take x‑rays, photos, scans, and impressions (we’ll train on our systems)
Review post‑op instructions and help patients feel calm and confident
Sterilize instruments and follow strict infection control protocols
Help with lab cases, trays, and ordering as needed
Support front office / team when the schedule gets crazy
What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience as a Dental Assistant (cosmetic/implant experience is a plus)
X‑ray certified in Illinois (or actively working toward it)
Comfortable talking with patients all day, not just “passing instruments”
Detail‑oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
Coachable, on time, and proud of your work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, not required
Pay, Schedule & Perks
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to practice and personal goals
Schedule: Full‑time, in‑office; standard weekday hours (details in interview)
