AGAVI Dental Studio is a modern, resort-inspired dental practice opening in Cypress, TX at 27230 US-290, Suite 700. We are built around a simple idea: exceptional dentistry delivered in a calm, thoughtfully designed environment where patients actually want to come back.

Our 2,800 sq ft studio features 8 operatories, a large-format cone beam CT system, state-of-the-art intraoral scanning, and a fully equipped in-house 3D printing lab capable of producing same-visit crowns, veneers, night guards, surgical guides, and a wide range of dental appliances — all without sending a single case to an outside lab. The design draws from Tulum, Bali, and Cancun resort aesthetics: warm materials, natural light, and even the signature scent of a Cancun resort spa circulated through the air system. Patients will not just see and feel the difference — they will smell it the moment they walk in.

This is not a typical dental office, and we are not looking for a typical dental assistant.

The Role
We are hiring a Registered Dental Assistant who is clinically sharp, technically skilled, and genuinely proud of their craft. You will work directly chairside in a high-quality restorative practice, supporting a team that takes both patient experience and clinical excellence seriously.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will help shape how the clinical floor runs, contribute to building our culture and SOPs, and grow with a practice that is investing in doing things the right way from day one.

What You'll Do
Chairside & Clinical Support
Four-handed dentistry assisting for restorative, surgical, implant, extraction, endo, and emergency procedures
Anticipate provider needs; keep procedures moving efficiently without prompting
Expose, process, and manage digital radiographs (CBCT and periapical/bitewing)
Prepare and assist with impressions, digital scans, bite registrations, and restoration seating
Provisional Fabrication
Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges chairside — direct, indirect, or both
This is a skill we value highly and will be part of your regular workflow
If you have not yet mastered this, we are willing to invest in the right candidate — but some foundation and genuine eagerness to learn are expected
Lab & Technology
Assist with in-house 3D printing workflows — crowns, veneers, night guards, bleaching trays, surgical guides, and other appliances (SprintRay, Formlabs, or similar)
Intraoral scanning for digital impressions and restorative workflows (Shining 3D, iTero, Medit, or similar)
Large-format CBCT operation and image management (Vatech)
Lab case tracking and communication for any cases sent to outside labs
Coronal polishing (preferred; TSBDE expanded duty 8 CE required)
Sterilization & Infection Control
Maintain strict OSHA and CDC infection control protocols at all times
Instrument processing, autoclave operation, spore testing, and documentation
Room setup, breakdown, and turnover to AGAVI standards
Patient Experience
Seat patients, explain procedures calmly and clearly, and anticipate anxiety triggers
Maintain a calm, unhurried chairside manner — this is a core part of the role
Reinforce treatment plans professionally to support case acceptance
Administrative & Compliance
Accurate and timely charting in OpenDental
Maintain records in compliance with HIPAA and TSBDE requirements
Assist with supply inventory, ordering, and operatory stocking
