Dental Assistant
Dentistry for Health New York
East 56th St - New York, NY
Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a practice where you'll be valued and enjoy coming to work each day? Dentistry for Health is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our friendly private practice team in New York City.
If you have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures with efficiency and attention to detail.
Welcome, seat, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Take and maintain accurate patient records and clinical charting.
Maintain OSHA and infection control standards through proper sterilization and operatory turnover.
Take intraoral photographs (experience is a plus).
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
CompensationBenefits
$26–$30 per hour, based on experience
