we are looking for a Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly environment! In this role, you will support dentists with clinical procedures, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and clinical confidentiality. Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection prevention management protocols.
Assist dentists during various procedures such as X-ray imaging, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and professionalism.
Take X-rays
Manage patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide chairside assistance by handing instruments, managing suction devices, and supporting four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize procedure efficiency.
Conduct vital signs assessments and medical documentation to support comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices, post-treatment instructions, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), with knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures.
Strong understanding of infection control protocols, including dental sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the dental team and provide exceptional patient care.
Certification in radiography (X-ray) and coronal polishing
Commitment to maintaining clinical confidentiality policies and adhering to healthcare infection prevention standards.
