Job Description

We are a multidisciplinary dental office (General, Ortho, OS, Perio) with an exceptional team who values high-quality, patient-centric care, quality communication and collaboration, and positive energy. We were voted BEST DENTIST IN DUBLIN in 2025 and are bringing that same care to our beautiful, brand new, state of the art facility in Pleasanton, and we are looking for talent to join our team!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and serving others. Additionally, this candidate should be proactive, a self-starter, quick learner, a strong communicator, who has good emotional management, who is humble, ethical, dependable, positive, and solution-oriented.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
One year of experience working as a dental assistant REQUIRED
Xray License REQUIRED
Infection Control Certificate (8 hour course) REQUIRED
Coronal Polishing PREFERRED
Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
Prepare rooms for patient care
Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist according to their
Anticipate doctor needs and keep schedule flowing
Take oral/facial images, digital xrays, digital scan
Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and environment
Help deliver an excellent patient experience and build relationships with our patients
Support providers and assistants to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency
SCHEDULE
This can be a part-time or full-time position, Mondays thru Saturday. Let us know your availability. For the ideal candidates, we offer flexibility in our schedule. Let's figure out something that works!
BENEFITS
Full-time: Health Insurance, Dental Coverage, 401K w/ up to 4% matching, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Uniform Allowance
Part-time: Dental Coverage, Paid Sick Leave, Uniform Allowance, 401K w/ up to 4% matching (if you work 3 days/week for 12 months)
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
