Position: Dental Assistant (DA / RDA)
Location: Paso Robles, CA
Pay Range: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience and credentials)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You’ll Do (Your Impact):
Chairside Excellence: Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
Tech & Diagnostics: Take and process high-quality digital X-rays and seamlessly manage charts within Open Dental.3D scans, CBCT scans.
Safety First: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict infection control protocols.
Patient Connection: Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide clear, comforting post-operative care instructions.
Lab & Inventory: Perform basic lab duties (pouring models, trimming impressions) and help keep our operatories stocked and organized.
What We Are Looking For:
Certifications: Active California X-Ray Certification is required. (An active RDA license is a major plus, but experienced DAs are highly encouraged to apply!)
Software Savvy: Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly preferred.
Skills: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, with a bonus if you have familiarity with orthodontics or Invisalign workflows.
Mindset: Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, team-player attitude.
