North Dallas Dental Group is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
Assist the doctor during a variety of restorative and dental procedures
Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency throughout the day
Support sterilization and infection control protocols
Fabricate temporaries and assist with restorative procedures
Support same-day crown workflows and digital dentistry processes
Assist with patient education and treatment discussions
Help maintain smooth clinical flow and schedule efficiency
Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
Current RDA license and X-ray certification
CPR certification
1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Technology-minded and eager to learn
Passion for hospitality and patient care

Monday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 7:10 AM – 4:10 PM

$22–$28+ per hour, depending on experience
