Periodontal Dental Assistant
Harris & Loughridge Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and eager to continue learning and growing in a specialty practice environment.

The ideal candidate has prior surgical assisting experience and takes pride in providing excellent patient care while working efficiently alongside a strong clinical team.

Schedule & Locations
Monday–Wednesday: Centerville office
Friday: Beavercreek office
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during periodontal and implant procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and surgical instruments
Sterilization and infection control
Taking digital X-rays and intra-oral patient photos
Assisting with clinical documentation
Supporting patient comfort and education throughout treatment
Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical workflow
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience required
Surgical assisting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and periodontal surgical procedures
Radiology certification required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialty environment
