What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you are the backbone of our clinical operations. You’ll be responsible for:
Clinical Support: Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, implants, etc.) using four-handed dentistry.
Patient Care: Preparing patients for treatments, ensuring they are comfortable, and providing post-operative instructions.
Radiography: Taking high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
Sterilization: Managing infection control by sterilizing instruments and prepping operatories according to OSHA/CDC guidelines.
Lab Work: Taking impressions, pouring models, and managing lab cases.
Documentation: Accurately updating patient records in [Software Name, e.g., Dentrix/Open Dental].
What We’re Looking For
Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assistant program is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of assisting experience
Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
Experience: Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
