Full-Time Dental Assistant
East Market Family Dental — Indiana, PA
East Market Family Dental is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, family-oriented team.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to providing an excellent patient experience. You’ll work alongside our clinical team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art office where collaboration, professional growth, and quality dental care are valued.

Key Duties
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
Assist the dentist during examinations and dental treatments
Take and process digital X-rays
Review treatment procedures and post-operative instructions with patients
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Follow infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols
Help manage the clinical schedule and maintain an efficient patient flow
Monitor and restock dental supplies
Perform expanded-function duties when appropriately licensed or certified
Support team members and contribute to a positive, welcoming office environment
Qualifications and Skills
Dental assisting experience required
EFDA certification welcomed but not required for all candidates
Current radiology certification required
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Commitment to patient confidentiality and workplace safety
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
