Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in exceptional patient care and a smoothly running clinic? We're looking for a skilled, motivated DA to join our Gastonia team at Dentistry of the Carolinas - a growing, patient-centered practice committed to excellence and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do
Assist with crownsbridgework, extractions, restorative procedures, impressions, and fabricating temporaries
Deliver confident four-handed dentistry and anticipate the doctor's needs
Build real rapport with patients and make their experience comfortable and positive
Maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory, and support smooth daily clinic flow
Perform accurate lab work and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience
Dental Assisting, CPR, and X-ray certifications preferred
Familiarity with Open Dental or similar software and digital radiography a plus
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is a true team player
