Dexter Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused practice. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, adapts with confidence, and is committed to delivering exceptional care while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
As a Dental Assistant, you'll enjoy working with state-of-the-art technology while being surrounded by camaraderie and support. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring comfort and confidence throughout each visit.
Assist the doctor efficiently during a variety of dental procedures.
Anticipate the needs of the doctor, team, and patients to help appointments run smoothly.
Take quality dental radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards.
Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Dental assisting experience required.
Current X-ray certification required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient-first mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional care.
Learns quickly and embraces new technology and procedures.
Adapts well to changing priorities in a collaborative, efficient environment.
Maintains a positive attitude and remains calm and solution-oriented.
Welcomes coaching and feedback and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Strong attention to detail, dependability, initiative, and a solid work ethic.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team and contributes positively to the office culture.

Monday 12:30PM-7:00PM
Tuesday 7:30AM-5:00PM
Wednesday 7:30AM-6:00PM
Thursday 7:30AM-5:00PM
