Experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with Orthodontic Experience (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Employment)
Dentistry for Midtown is a well-established and highly regarded dental practice located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We are seeking an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with strong orthodontic experience to join our team in a temporary position for approximately 16 weeks, supporting the practice for an upcoming maternity leave. Based on the long-term needs of the practice and the right candidate, this temporary role has the potential to become a permanent full-time position.

We are looking for a highly skilled dental assistant with 3–5 years of general dental and orthodontic experience who can help keep our practice running efficiently. The ideal candidate is confident with all expanded general dentistry procedures, digital scanning, orthodontic records, bracket and wire changes, and clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or comparable systems). The right person is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position has a high potential to transition into a permanent role supporting both our orthodontic and general dentistry department.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
