We are looking for a Dental Assistant to help with the growth of an expanding endodontic practice.

We are seeking a dental assistant who will flourish in a state-of-the-art facility with compassionate providers and loyal staff. As we are continuing to grow, we are looking for talented, kind, and efficient people to join our team-oriented staff. This Dental Assistant will be expected to demonstrate exceptional clinical skills that will further the doctors’ first-rate patient care and corresponding results. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Setting the tone for the appointment by establishing a calm environment for patients already anxious or concerned about root canal treatment
Seating and engaging patients in conversation that identifies their concerns and medical history, and preparing for diagnostic testing
Performing chairside procedures efficiently
Providing post-op instructions and reassurance at appointment conclusion
Keeping operatories stocked and clean
Understanding and demonstrating disinfection and sterilization skills and proper infection control procedures that meet OSHA standards
Demonstrating knowledge of HIPAA policies as they pertain to patient treatment and privacy
Presenting a positive, courteous, and helpful image of the practice to patients and referring doctors and their staff at all times
Pay: Competitive. Commensurate to experience.

Schedule:
Business hours are 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional "call hours" on weekends.

Experience:
Dental Assisting: 1 year minimum (Endodontic experience preferred)
License/Certification:
X-Ray Certification (Required)
