Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our Fitchburg (South) clinic, working alongside Dr. Nick on our Endodontic team. This is a 4 day work week with Fridays off, offering consistency in your schedule and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and your team.

Compensation
Starting at $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience, especially for candidates with endodontic or periodontal surgical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous dental assistant experience.
Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
