Dental Assistant

We are a family based dental practice in Essex Jct less than 1 minute away from five corners. We see patients of all ages from infants to older adults. We have 2 dentists that perform a full range of treatments in office. We are a doctor owned practice who is patient and team focused. We have 3 doctor rooms and 4 hygiene rooms.

The ideal candidate should have a lighthearted, but professional chairside manner and willingness to learn new procedures and practices. We value a positive work environment that fosters smiles and laughter, but also trust and accountability. A positive approach to each day is important. The expected work primarily includes chairside assisting, but it is also important to be a team player and help our office flow and function smoothly. There is also opportunity for occasional front desk coverage if desired.

Compensation will be relative to experience in the field, but all experience levels are welcome to apply including EFDA certifications.

The hours listed for the position are the clinical hours for patients. We do not have a lunch hour in order to be out of work early in the afternoon and enjoy a healthy work/life balance. Additional flexibility in hours worked can be discussed prior to establishing a new hire.
