Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental assisting practices, infection control protocols, and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth workflow within the office. This position is Full time Mon – Thur.

Qualifications
At least a year of previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, especially with general dentistry.

Proficiency in EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix.

Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques is essential.

Certification in X-ray techniques and proficiency with medical imaging tools such as 3D scanners.

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.

Ability to perform chairside assisting confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
