Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey
Take and process dental radiographs, digital scans, and intraoral photographs
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and equipment
Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures
Accurately document patient care in electronic records
Assist with orthodontic treatment procedures and appliance adjustments
Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment
Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required
X-Ray Certification
EFODA Certification or willingness to obtain within six (6) months of hire
Preferred
Prior dental or orthodontic assisting experience
Skills & Attributes
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
